Booking Policy

At Kontoured by Krystal, we value your time and ours. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment.

  • Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, you must pay a $30 deposit, which will be applied toward your service total.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you risk being charged a 40% cancellation fee.

  • Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that all clients are treated fairly.
