Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 1-3 business days depending on location.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate (USPS Priority Mail - U.S. Only): $8.00

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Kontoured by Krystal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. If you experience an issue, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
